While there were some issues with the dining experience, the clean and comfortable rooms, magnificent views, and exceptional food made our stay enjoyable. The staff, for the most part, were amazing and the spa prices were a great value. Overall, a beautiful property with great facilities.

Upscale and clean facilities, friendly staff. Easy access to the beach and delicious food options. The resort exceeded my expectations, with spacious rooms and a stunning beach. Some minor inconveniences with mosquitos and restaurant reservations, but overall a fantastic experience.

The room was amazing - huge bed, cozy vibe. Friendly staff but forgot my order once. The BEACH ACCESS was the best part! Would go back for that. Pictures don't do justice to the loud music in evenings.

The staff was accommodating in replacing a battery for a disabled door promptly, allowing me to continue enjoying the property's amenities. Despite these, Catalonia Resort is a beautiful place to stay.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities. the service is impeccable, and the staff is polite and helpful. the Spa & wellness centre offers massages and beauty treatments that leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a garden area perfect for relaxation. the poolside snack bar and restaurant offer delicious food, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for enjoying a cocktail.

The only minor issue we experienced was the long wait during breakfast due to the crowds inside the restaurant. the team seemed to be lost with no organization, and it was hard to find a table.

The sports bar had an amazing golf simulator where we had a blast competing and improving our golf skills. The kids' club kept the little ones entertained, and we all loved the variety of activities available, making it the perfect family-friendly spot.

My wife says that the pool closing at 7 p.m. was a bit early for families, especially with children wanting to swim after dinner.

The beach is great, although seaweed is currently being cleaned up.

the swim up area 🏊 was everything! staff was 😊 & the room felt like a home. But the looong breakfast lines ☀️ were a bummer. Defo coming back!

We loved the proximity of the hotel to the private beach with a beach club, just steps away from our room. The ocean view was amazing with a beautiful sunrise.

The hotel's decoration is lovely, with beautiful traditional Mexican elements throughout the property, making it feel warm and welcoming for senior guests. The general areas are spacious and well-kept, providing easy accessibility for senior people to move around comfortably. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient amenities such as handrails and elevators, making it easier for us, the children of the staff, to enjoy a relaxing and safe stay.

More shaded areas on the beach would enhance the vacation experience for senior people.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with car service. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, 24-hour reception, children's play area. Can't wait to come back for my next trip.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war erstklassig, sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Hotel bot auch Parkplätze, was sehr praktisch war. Die Lage war großartig, in einer schönen Umgebung und mit einer fantastischen Verkehrsanbindung in die Stadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war es ein tolles Erlebnis.

The location was ideal as it was close to the port for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The cleanliness of the facilities was really good, and the staff were very attentive.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The resort's animation team that organized all sorts of entertainment really made my stay memorable. Their energy and creativity were infectious, and my family and I had a blast participating in the activities. It felt like being in a lively circus, and we are still laughing at the fun moments.

The rooms at Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres are so comfy and clean, with a sweet seating area and a flat-screen TV for chilling out. The bar fridge is a nice touch, stocked with refreshing drinks every day. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones.

Personally, I found the shower a bit small, but some folks might not mind.
